There are six seasons in a year. Summer,rainy, autumn, dewey, winter and spring. The Dewy comes between autumn and winter season. we get this season very short time. dewy season stayed in West Bengal only November and December months. In this season dews fall in gress at night. So this season is called dewey season. Most of the mornings covered by fog which is very cold and damp.This time cold wind blows from northern side. The dews on leaves and grass look Golden by the sun rays in the morning. The days are short and nights are long in this season. This is called the season of harvesting. Paddy ripes in this season. The farmers become glad to reap their paddy. In this season the golden waves play in the rice field. This scene is really very beautiful to us.
