 There are Six Seasons in West Bengal. Autumn is one of them. It comes after rainy season. It starts in the month of September and continuous to November. The weather is very nice. In this season it is neither too hot nor too cold. We enjoy this comfortable season. Sometimes white cotton like cloudlets float over the blue sky it looks very beautiful. people get a festive mood in this season. Great festival Durga Puja occurs in this season. There are so many festivals occurred in this season. Navratri, Diwali, Bhai Dooj etc. Many flowers Bloom in this season like Lotus, Lily, shiuli, Jasmine etc. We can see cough flowers in the fields and our mind fills with joy. Calf flower is used for the worship of Goddess Durga. Autumn is a time for harvesting of crops. we get many crops like corn,rice, cotton etc. The leaves on the trees turn from Green to yellow and to red and to dusty brown. The leaves of all trees and plants also fall from the trees in this season. So this is also known as fall season. Some people suffer from cold cough due to Rapid weather change. I like the beauties of nature in autumn season very much. The weather is mild pleasant and refreshing in this season. So most of the people like this season very much.
